A proven blue water cruiser, this very well presented South Coast 36 centre cockpit, cutter rigged sloop, proudly reflects all the care and attention taken by her owner of the past 24 years. Cleopatra would make a delightful long distance vessel for a couple or small family. She offers two cabins capable of sleeping at least four people, a snug and comfortable dining area and well laid out galley with plenty of refrigeration options, a spacious heads with a hot and cold shower, loads of deck and storage space and and a deep comfortable cockpit featuring a large solid dodger. She also has some nice plumbing inclusions - a fresh water flushing system for the engine, 6 valve system to move fuel between tanks, a salt water deck/anchor wash and a rear deck fresh water shower hose. Her exceptionally well maintained 35hp BMW fresh water cooled engine has considerable hours on her but shows no sign of stopping; she starts and runs beautifully. She comes with 'Caribe' rigid inflatable with a double skinned hull making it damn near bullet proof and to push it along, a late model 3hp Yamaha outboard. Whilst her rigging is now 9 years old and and will require upgrading in the near future, her sails are in very good working condition. Last antifouled in January 2021, she showed a blemish free hull and during he haul out was surveyed for insurance purposes. That report can be viewed during your inspection which can be arranged by calling Australiawide Boat Sales Manly Qld office. Cleopatra is berthed in front of her owner's private residence so we will need require inspections bookings to be made in advance.
