Thank you for your reply. You might be interested to know that a number of brokers have told me their clients would visit the boat but no contact or report from them. Obviously, owners want to know, even if it is a missed attempt. As a person in marketing myself, congratulations, you obviously understand the psychology of selling. Well done & thanks.
